R G Christian (Insurance Services) Ltd based in Ayr is a fully registered Insurance Broker with the Financial Services Authority (F.S.A.).  The ‘Trading’ logo of the Company is ‘RGC Insurance Services’.  The firm has been established since 1st March 1992.

At that time, the ‘new’ firm purchased the Commercial and Investment Business of ‘W. R. Henderson Insurances’, who were a long established firm of Insurance Brokers.  The reason for this is that one of the current firm Directors, i.e. Raymond Christian, was an employee and a partner of ‘W.R. Henderson Insurances’, and wanted to continue with the business, albeit, under the name of ‘R G Christian Insurances’. 

In 1998, the firm acquired the goodwill of ‘Duncan Mowat (Insurance Brokers) Ltd, followed by the purchase of the goodwill of ‘Galbraith McEwan’.  In addition to these, the Insurance Agency of ‘Ajit Uppal’ was bought in 2005.

The Directors and Staff of the firm are all very experienced and qualified to look after your insurance requirements.  In addition to our Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance Business, we have a fully independent Life, Investment and Pensions Department.  The firm also conducts Mortgage Business.
